Coach Chiarolanzio returned to his alma mater, Delbarton, in 2017. He currently serves as a Physical Education teacher, the Offensive Coordinator for Varsity Football, and the Director of Strength and Conditioning. In addition to overseeing the offense, he specializes in coaching the offensive line, quarterbacks, and wide receivers. Before joining Delbarton, Coach Chi spent two seasons as the tight ends coach at Lafayette College. Prior to that, he was an assistant coach at FDU-Florham, located near his hometown of Florham Park, N.J.
As a player, Coach Chi was a standout for the Lafayette Leopards, starting 40 consecutive games and earning two First-Team All-Patriot League selections, as well as a Second-Team All-Patriot League honor. In his senior season (2014), he was named an All-American by Phil Steele.
