Coach Sean Flanagan has worked at Delbarton since 2000 and is the Associate Director of College Counseling. He began his tenure with the golf program in 2002 as Assistant Coach/JV Coach under Dan Whalen, and took over as the head coach in 2007. His career record as head coach is 237-35-1, and he was named the New Jersey Coach of the Year in 2010. The squad competes against the top high school teams in New Jersey and has won State Championship titles in 1999, 2000, 2003, 2010, and 2024.
They have also won numerous Morris County and Conference Championships. Under his guidance, the golf program has produced two individual State Champions, Will Voetsch and Tyler Lee, and was named the New Jersey Team of the Year in 2024, finishing with a #1 ranking in the final polls.
