Delbarton Athletics

Chris Costa, a former Milford High School (MA) wrestler from 2008 to 2012, was a four-year varsity starter, senior-year captain, and state tournament qualifier. In 2023, he began coaching the middle school team, emphasizing strong fundamentals, discipline, technique, and mental toughness. At the 2025 Middle School Athletic Conference (MSAC) Championships, his team competed against several private schools, producing four individual champions. Multiple wrestlers finished the season undefeated, including one who joined Delbarton with no prior wrestling experience.
