John Thompson, improved to 9-2 this season with a big 5-0 win over Randolph on Thursday, October 14.
Despite missing co-captain
Matias Deicas, the boys did not skip a beat, putting forth an outstanding performance on Thursday. Â
Will Pedicano led all scorers with three goals, while
Kip Rand and
Ryan Zangara each chipped in with a goal a piece.Â
Ian Grenda made his first start in goal and turned in an amazing performance for the Green Wave, earning his first shutout.Â
The players of the game were Pedicano for his fierce competitiveness and leadership,
Ciaran O'Shea for his tough defense and amazing crosses from the right back position, and
James Sartor who came off the bench in the second half to help maintain a high level of play on the field for the Green Wave.
