Delbarton beat Clifton 38-0 on Saturday, September 24 to notch their first win of the year.  Rob Russo '23 and Philip Folmar '25 dominated the first half through the air.  Folmar caught three touchdowns from Russo with the most impressive play being an out and up that went 43-yards.  Ryan Trafford '24 had a 30-yard touchdown run towards the end of the second quarter to extend the Green Wave lead.  During the game, Jack Peros '23 held 5/5 on extra points and kicked a 30-yard field goal.

The Green Wave held a strong advantage as they went into the half with a score of 31-0. Brock Dandridge '25 caught a pass from Russo in the third quarter allowing him to score his first career touchdown for the Green Wave. Russo finished 13/19 for 175 yards with four touchdowns under his belt. Folmar hauled in four receptions for 79-yards and three touchdowns. 

Delbarton Varsity Football will be back in action next Friday night away at Paramus Catholic at 7:00 PM.
