The 2024 Delbarton cross country team delivered an impressive season, highlighted by their competitive 3-2-1 record in NJAC dual meets and a strong third-place finish in the NJAC Championships. The Green Wave demonstrated remarkable consistency and resilience against some of the toughest competition in the area, showcasing the depth and talent of their roster. Their season culminated in a solid performance at the NJSIAA Group Championships, where the team placed seventh overall in a competitive field. Senior Sean Dooley emerged as the team's standout performer, finishing 13th at the Group Championships to secure a spot in the Meet of Champions, capping off a stellar high school career with a performance that embodied his dedication and leadership.

The success of the varsity squad was mirrored by the JV team's achievements, as they earned a commendable third-place finish at the Morris County Championships. This result reflected the program's depth and highlighted the progress made by younger runners eager to contribute to the team's legacy.
