In their season opener on April 1, 2024, Delbarton lacrosse secured an impressive 13-5 victory over Randolph at Regan Stadium. The game saw Delbarton take an early lead with a goal by Andrew Johnson, setting the pace for the match. Despite a tied score of 2-2 at halftime due to some sloppy turnovers, Delbarton surged ahead in the third quarter, outscoring Randolph 7-2. The momentum carried through to the final quarter, with Delbarton adding four more goals to seal the win.
Leading the scoring charge was Willie Doyle, who netted four goals, supported by Asher Testa's two goals and two assists. Johnson contributed two goals, while Chase Houser, James Olsen, Will Pedicano, Jack Sartorius, and Ryan Trafford each added one. Trafford also displayed dominance in face-offs, winning 7 out of 12, while Christian Troczynski went 5 for 6. Goalkeepers Patrick Roelke and Alec Delgado combined for seven saves to secure the victory.
