Jack Alexy '21 delivered an exceptional performance at the 2024 Paris Olympics on Saturday, helping Team USA clinch the gold medal in the men's 4x100m freestyle relay. The relay team, composed of Alexy, Caeleb Dressel, Chris Guiliano, and Hunter Armstrong, demonstrated exceptional skill and teamwork. Alexy, who swam the first leg, played a crucial role in putting the team in a great spot to surge ahead in the second and third legs, ultimately allowing Dressel to anchor the final leg and secure the gold for Team USA. "I was really excited to lead off the relay and get things going," Alexy said in a press release. "It wasn't a perfect swim for me, but we got the job done and it was really fun watching the rest of my teammates execute their races. That was really exciting and pretty surreal, I was pretty hyped in the moment."
