On a snowy Monday afternoon, the Green Wave won its final game on home ice of the season, defeating St. John Vianney 5-1, advancing to the NJSIAA Non Public Semifinal.

Duncan Stewart opened the scoring in the first period, giving Delbarton a 1-0 lead after the first period.  Stewart would make it 2-0 in the second on a one-timer in front of the net for the goal.  St. John Vianney would cut the lead to 2-1 just before the end of the second period, but the game was all Green Wave after that.  

Delbarton would score three times in the third period, with Trip Pendy scoring on a wrist shot to make it 3-1.  Timmy Galvin would make it 4-1 and Max Pendy would put the game out of reach for a 5-1 win.  Jason Cai was solid in his first tournament start this year, making 21 saves in the win.

Delbarton will now face Gloucester Catholic on Thursday, March 2 at 4:30pm at Mennen Arena.  The winner will earn a trip to the Non Public Final at the Prudential Center.
