It wasn't the easiest day on the course, but Delbarton Golf battled through to secure a 151-164 victory over Montville on Monday, April 14.

Despite all six Green Wave golfers finishing over par, steady performances from Grady Gore, Dominick Beck, and Henry Moriarty—each finishing a +1 (37)—provided more than enough for the win. Jake Kurtzman followed with a 40, while Will Kramer and Matthew Lu rounded out the scoring with 41 and 43, respectively.

Montville's Henry White led all golfers with an even-par 36, but inconsistency hurt the rest of the Mustangs' lineup, including rounds of 51 and 53 that opened the door for Delbarton to pull away.

The team returns to action on Wednesday, April 16, at the Green Knight Invitational.
