Delbarton notched a narrow 3-2 win over Dwight Englewood. Dwight Englewood came to Delbarton as a rather unknown quantity not gracing the top 20 list this year or playing a strong schedule. They soon proved that they were a strong team. Cameron Scarpati battled through injures to win at second singles, tying the match at 2-2. Will Robinson, who had won the first set fairly easily, lost the second set 6-0. With the match tied at 2-2, Will saved his best tennis for the third set coming out with an aggressive game plan to give Delbarton the 3-2 win.
