The varsity basketball team dropped its second game of the season, falling to 6-2 following last night's defeat at the hands of West Morris Central 41-37. 

The Green Wave played a fierce and tenacious brand of defense, recording nine steals while dominating the boards at both ends of the floor with twenty-four rebounds. Points, however, proved elusive.

Lincoln Zimmermann '24 led all scorers on the night with 10 points. Nick Modungo '23 (8 points / 5 rebounds / 1 assist / 1 block), Mike VanRaaphorst '24 (8 points / 5 rebounds / 2 Assists / 3 steals), Mike Vacarro '23 (5 points / 1 rebound / 1 assist / 2 steals), Julian Radossich '24 (4 points / 3 rebounds / 2 steals), and Johnny Riley '23 (2 points / 1 rebound) rounded out the Green Wave's offensive output.

Delbarton hits the road tomorrow night, January 12, to face the Lions of Pope John. Tip off is at 7:00 pm.
