Delbarton used a strong start and balanced scoring to pull away from Parsippany, earning a 61–47 victory on Tuesday to advance in the 2026 Morris County Tournament.

The Green Wave set the tone early, opening the game on a 15–9 run, controlling the action early on. Delbarton continued to apply pressure in the second quarter, extending its advantage to 28–17 at halftime behind active defense and timely shooting, highlighted by Nick Treue and Günther Neumann.

Delbarton delivered its best stretch after the break, outscoring Parsippany 18–7 in the third quarter to seize full control of the game. Stephen Kmetz led the charge offensively, finishing with a team-high 14 points, while Neumann added 12 points and went a perfect 4-for-4 from the free-throw line.

Nick Treue and Austin Kolakowski chipped in nine points apiece, helping fuel a balanced Green Wave attack that saw multiple players contribute on both ends of the floor. Marty Hindelong provided a steady all-around effort with seven points, four rebounds, and four assists, while Kmetz and Neumann each added three assists.

Parsippany attempted a late push in the fourth quarter, outscoring Delbarton 23 to 15, but Delbarton answered with timely baskets and defensive stops to seal the win.
