Members of the Green Wave basketball team traveled to Philadelphia during the June 24-25 weekend to participate in an NCAA live tournament called Philly High School Live at St. Joseph's Prep.  Delbarton beat Bethlehem Catholic 66-38 and beat Shamokin Area HS 72-52 in front of a number of Division I, II, and lII coaches.  Rising seniors Michael VanRaaphorst '24 and Lincoln Zimmermann '24 led the way for the reigning Morris County Champions on both ends of the floor.  VanRaaphorst '24 was named a standout player of the day by City of Basketball Love after his 18 point performance against Bethlehem Catholic.  Lincoln Zimmermann '24 was named honorable mention in the same article after he exploded for 9 points in the first 5 minutes against Shamokin Area and finished with 16 points in the game. 

Luke Azzinaro '25 had a productive day that included 10 points and 4 steals in the Green Wave's first victory of the afternoon.  Delbarton shot the ball well from behind the arc, hitting 19 3's in both games combined.  Jake Bell '24, Jimmy Hughes '24, Andrew Chobor '25, Lucas Cardinale '25, Anthony Palumbo '25, Patrick Mahoney '25, Drew Costalos '25, and Günther Neumann '26 also made the trip down and all played well in the two wins.
