Delbarton continued its strong start to the season on Tuesday, rolling to a 7–1 victory over Princeton Day School behind a relentless offensive effort that produced 63 shots on goal.
The Green Wave set the tone early and never let up, scoring in every period while overwhelming Princeton Day with sustained pressure all afternoon.
Delbarton opened the scoring when a shot rang off the post and deflected off a Aidan Pasic's leg and into the net for a 1–0 lead. The advantage grew early in the second period as Chris Migliaro converted a rebound in front, making it 2–0. Later in the period, Ayden Puppe extended the lead with a wrist shot from alone in front of the goal to cap a strong offensive sequence.
The fourth goal came off an odd-man rush, with Sean O'Gwen snapping a low wrist shot into the corner to give Delbarton a firm lead heading into the third period.
The Green Wave added three more in the third period. Michael Pirot redirected an O'Gwen shot for the fifth goal, followed by a highlight-reel play when Egor Andreev threaded a perfect pass to Thomas Giroux, who buried a one-timer to make it 6–1. The scoring was capped when Gavin Guo finished off another rebound in front after an initial save.
Delbarton's balanced attack featured points from throughout the lineup, led by Aidan Pasic (1 goal, 3 assists) and O'Gwen (1 goal, 2 assists). Puppe, Migliaro, Pirot, Giroux, and Guo each found the back of the net as the Green Wave showcased depth and pace throughout the contest.
In goal, Paul Insauto earned the win with 11 saves on 12 shots before Ryan White closed things out, stopping the lone shot he faced.
With the victory, Delbarton improves to 7-1-3, continuing to build momentum with only six regular season games left.
