Delbarton's sub-varsity spring teams continued an impressive stretch over the past two weeks, highlighted by championship runs in lacrosse, undefeated seasons in tennis, and strong finishes across baseball and golf.

Middle School Tennis

Middle school tennis earned several competitive results during the stretch. The Green Wave opened with a 4–1 win over Summit Middle School on April 27 and later edged Heritage 3–2 on May 5. The team also faced tough competition against Dwight-Englewood, Newark Academy, and Pingry.

Middle School Lacrosse

Middle school lacrosse remained one of the spring's hottest teams, bouncing back from a loss to Kumpf on April 27 with a 6–4 win over Bridgewater-Raritan Middle School the following day. After a narrow 6–5 loss to Heritage on May 4, Delbarton responded emphatically with a 13–2 victory over Kumpf and a 13–1 win over Peck. The team has continued to show offensive firepower throughout the season.

The Green Wave defeated Briarcliff 17–6 on April 27 before later adding victories over Mendham Township (10–5), Peck (9–5), St. David's (NY) (12–6), and Long Valley Middle School (7–1). The offense has consistently produced runs during the team's recent surge.

JV Tennis

JV tennis completed another remarkable season, finishing undefeated for the second straight year. During the stretch, the Green Wave earned shutout victories over Watchung Hills, Mendham (twice), Randolph, MKA, and Summit before closing the year with a 4–1 win over Newark Academy — a major upset and fitting finale to a dominant season.

JV Golf

JV golf continued its outstanding spring, earning wins over Morristown Beard (158–201), Don Bosco Prep (145–167), Blair (181–201), and Lawrenceville (144–148). The Green Wave will finish the season against Seton Hall Prep on May 21 with a chance to complete a second straight undefeated season.
