A four game road trip for the Green Wave did not intimidate Coach Crane and the varsity basketball team, winning their 4th in a row, defeating Chatham 64-42 on Wednesday, December 20.

Delbarton had four finish in double digits, while getting bench scoring from four others in a big 22 point victory in Chatham.  High scorers on Wednesday were Anthony Palumbo and Patrick Mahoney with 13 points each.  Mahoney had 8 rebounds as well, while Palumbo chipped in with 4 off the glass.  Michael Van Raaphorst finished with 10 points, 5 rebounds and 3 assists, while Lincoln Zimmermann had a big game all around, finishing with 11 points, 5 rebounds  steals and 6 assists.  Will McGinty had 7 points in the win and Andrew Chorbor, Lucas Cardinale, Jake Bell and Gunther Neumann combined for 10 points and 6 rebounds off the bench.

A 20-6 first quarter was more than enough for Delbarton, who led 31-18 at halftime.  Delbarton opens the home schedule on Friday, December 22 against Morristown.  Tip off set for 7pm!
