Delbarton's sub-varsity winter teams continued their strong midseason runs, highlighted by tournament success in basketball, dominant wrestling performances, and continued momentum from JV hockey.

Freshman Basketball

Freshman basketball continued an outstanding stretch, winning five straight games. The Green Wave opened with a 39–32 win over Chatham on January 27 and followed with a decisive 61–28 victory over DePaul Catholic on January 29.

In the Freshman County Tournament, Delbarton defeated Randolph 62–39 on February 1 and Mendham 58–23 on February 7 to advance. The run continued with a 49–41 win over Montville on February 10, as the team's balanced scoring and defensive consistency remained key throughout the stretch.

JV Basketball

JV basketball matched the freshman squad's strong run with five consecutive wins. Delbarton edged Chatham 66–62 on January 27 and defeated DePaul Catholic 51–44 on January 29.

In the JV Tournament, the Green Wave posted a 60–36 win over Boonton on February 3 and a 52–48 victory over Randolph on February 6. The streak continued with a tight 49–46 win over Montville on February 10, showcasing the team's ability to close out competitive games.

Middle School Basketball

Middle school basketball concluded its season during tournament play. The Green Wave fell to St. David's (NY) 40–17 on January 27 but responded with a 54–31 win over Riverdale on January 30 in the Middle School Tournament. The season came to an end on February 2 with a 46–36 loss to Boonton.

Middle School Wrestling

Middle school wrestling delivered one of the most dominant performances of the winter season on January 27, winning 13 of 14 matchups against Rutgers Prep, Peck, Newark Academy, and Pingry. The Green Wave totaled 71 team points while allowing just three total points across all opponents — an emphatic team showing.

JV Hockey

JV hockey continued its impressive campaign with a strong mix of wins and ties. Delbarton tied CBA 4–4 on January 28 before defeating Bergen Catholic 11–2 on January 30 and Seton Hall Prep 5–3 on February 1.

The Green Wave battled to another 4–4 tie with LaSalle (PA) on February 4 and followed with a 6–0 win over Don Bosco in the JV Tournament on February 10, continuing one of the strongest stretches of the winter season.

Middle School Hockey

Middle school hockey went 1–2 over the stretch. Delbarton fell to Pingry 6–1 on February 2 but responded with an 8–4 win over MKA on February 3. The season concluded on February 10 with a tightly contested 5–4 loss to Peck in the Middle School Tournament.

JV Squash

JV squash earned a 4–3 win over Rumson on January 30 before falling to Hill School 6–1 on February 4.
